Electronics 3C Industry Applications –
The recent boom in the internet has led to a surge in demand for related product components. 3C products are characterized by short lifecycles, high demand, continuous cost reduction, and flexible global logistics. Therefore, the complexity of their structures and the requirements for material strength and hardness have increased. Traditional materials such as plastics, zinc, or aluminum alloys are gradually becoming insufficient to meet these requirements, especially in bearings and latches, where this has become the mainstream development trend.
Lock Industry Applications –
Locks are frequently used products in daily life and are indispensable helpers. Many locks are used in harsh environments, requiring alloys with high hardness, toughness, and ductility, or corrosion-resistant stainless steel, to manufacture various types of locks. Currently, many traditional processes (such as zinc die casting, lost-wax casting, machining, etc.) face difficulties in processing or insufficient strength. MIM (Metal Injection Molding) processes can solve these problems.
Applications in the Medical Device Industry –
Medical devices refer to surgical instruments, encompassing equipment used in various departments such as cardiovascular surgery, plastic surgery, respiratory surgery, ophthalmology, neurology, and urology, as well as disposable instruments. Due to the characteristics of medical devices—small parts, complex manufacturing processes, and high demand—products manufactured using the MIM process meet these requirements. After rigorous verification by customers, TPT has successfully mass-produced endoscopic scalpels and surgical forceps using the MIM process.
Applications in the Machinery & Tool Industry –
Traditional tool manufacturing methods mostly rely on forging and casting. Due to limitations in the precision of these processes, the application of finished products (e.g., small, precision machinery, equipment operating in confined spaces, etc.) is often restricted. To meet customers' diverse needs for various tool products, TPT has specially developed a variety of material and heat treatment combinations, and incorporated all material processing into the ISO 9000 international standard. This allows products to meet customer requirements for mechanical properties and miniaturized structures, particularly for small triangular pins, ratchet wheels, or parts requiring complex functions that are difficult to manufacture. For example, according to the American ANSI standard, TPT's products exceed the international standard by more than 1 ANSI value, reaching a significant 1.3 ANSI value, earning high trust and praise from customers.
Bicycle Industry Applications –
Components must withstand hundreds of thousands of repeated pedaling, impacts, and torsions without failure; static strength is secondary, fatigue life is the core: for example, cranks, rear fork endplates, hub flanges, etc., fatigue cracks can directly cause safety accidents. Every gram affects performance: racing bicycles especially emphasize weight control, requiring strength to be maintained at the smallest possible cross-section. Meanwhile, for precision machining and dimensional tolerances, parts must achieve a fitting accuracy within ±0.05mm to ensure smooth assembly and safety; and for complex structure control: thin-walled parts and special geometric parts must have their tolerances and flatness strictly controlled.
